IN STOCK products are shipped on the first week of each month.

PRE-ORDERED items take approx 6 weeks to make form the date you place your order, and will be shipped in the first week of each month.

CUSTOM orders will be discussed via email.

 

Timings:

Once ready, orders are dispatched with Royal Mail or Parcelforce, using a fully tracked service. Delivery times are beyond our control, however Royal Mail estimates are as follows:

• UK items dispatched via Royal Mail will generally arrive with you within 2 - 5 days. 

• Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days

• Worldwide delivery aim: 7-14 working days

 

Pricing:

• Standard UK - 1st class signed for - £8

• International Tracked - £17 - £60 
  (Depending on size/weight of order, this will be calculated at checkout)

 

Returns + Disclaimer:

- If your order arrives broken, we will gladly refund your order or replace it for free. Please send us an email with photos of the product and original packaging so that we can process your return.

 

- If you are unhappy with your order, you are welcome to return it for a refund. However we cannot offer a free return unless it there is damage to the piece.

 

- Please keep an eye on the progress of order via the tracking info provided. If you miss your order and it is returned back to us, you will be required to pay for the redelivery.

 

- We are not responsible for any import charges acquired for oversea orders.
